A Call for Patriotism
The word Patriot can be defined as the following:
1. a person who loves, supports, and defends his or her country and its interests with devotion.
2. a person who regards himself or herself as a defender, esp. of individual rights, against presumed interference by the federal government.
3. (initial capital letter) Military. a U.S. Army antiaircraft missile with a range of 37 mi. (60 km) and a 200-lb. (90 kg) warhead, launched from a tracked vehicle with radar and computer guidance and fire control.
I bring these definitions to light because I feel they each have a significance in describing the present state of our nation.
The first defines what a true citizen should stand for we should love and support are country because it is our home, it encompasses those we care for of course we love and support and will defend it in times of need.
The second definition focuses on individual liberties, preventing tyranny and corruption in our government much of what are constitution and bill of rights are based on.
3. The third brings in a sense of irony to the whole situation. A Missile upon which is fired in the name of freedom and patriotism.
Alot of people have been looking at me crazy lately, like dude what are you talking about? And i admit it lately I have been feeling a bit crazy as well. I just am trying to educate and inform really because I care too much, and everytime I do people look at me like a have a third arm. I've been constantly going over news articles, watching documentaries, cross-checking information in these documentaries, and an overall thirst for information. Now its like watching a ship go down, so what else can I do but call out a warning to my peers, family, and humanity. I just can't ignore things anymore, I have been doing so for about 20 years. But if you really look into it you will see that there is something seriously going wrong here.
I guess you can say my search for truth began about a year ago in Philadelphia ironically enough, the birth place of our country's constitution. A few chums and myself decided to go drive all the way down to Philadelphia for a famous cheesesteak and night hitten up the bars, finally a break from the vigorous fullsail educational madness We ended up parking the car on south st and walking to all the hot spots from there. As we got out of the car I hear a group of people hooting and hollaring on the corner. All dressed in black standing out in the freezing cold handing out propaganda of some kind. Being a little intoxicated and curious at the time my pal Merritt and I decided to check out what the commotion was about. As we approached the group of activist we noticed black shirts advertising INVESTIGATE 9/11. At first I thought how dare these people disrespect those victims like that man this is some bullshit. I decided to hear them out however, holding up a patriotic guard. But after seeing the passion, motivation, and heart these people were expressing, I had to a least hear them out. The information spoken and given just sounded to absurd to me, these people were obviously crazy our government had a role in 9/11 common' buddy. Merritt and I were given all kinds of information and even a DVD containing several documentaries exposing the truth. Writing everything off that just happened as a wierdo encounter we continued on with a night of drunken fun and cheesesteaks.
Our night was surely memorable, however I didn't know the impact of the information given to me that very night. The video loose change was the first feature that me and Merritt decided to check out. The information in this film shocked me completely. It wasn't the information that was being commentated however, the actual plain picture right before my very eyes, things that can not be disputed. I think that is apart of the problem people don't want to look into things you need to show them a plain picture before they really get it. I am probably guessing that alot of people that started reading this haven't even gotten to this section of my article. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and seeing, how could this be?
How could I be so naive is next question I asked. I began researching all over the internet looking for more truth. I started discovering more and more evidence to support these film makers claims. It became almost an addiction I needed to know more and more. Turns out people have on this for years and years. An entire network of alternative media and news, reporting on matters, laws, and information that mainstream media do not.
This behavior continued for about a month. Once I returned to orlando to pursue more education I quickly got wrapped up in the vigorus full sail schedule and the glorious fun college has to offer. I had the information in the back of my mind but, I was soon enough numbed to the situation once again.
It was the anniversary of 9/11 this year which ignited me once again. I posted Loose Change on facebook as well as Ambition, I did this hoping that at least a few people might take the time to watch it. Brett gave it a look and it sparked some curiosity in him. He started researching as I did, as he started to research I did as well. I had someone now to exchange ideas, information, and debate. Everyday it seemed like the rabbit hole got deeper and deeper as we dug in. People such as Ron Paul, Alex Jones, and Ben Stewart have been trying to reach us for some time.
You have no idea how deep this shit goes man. But it makes sense if you look at ancestry of world leaders it begins to make sense. You will see how presidents, prime ministers, and executives seem to have strong ties and even in most cases happen to be all related by blood.
Now I know your thinking, hey if there was something going on we would see that on the news. Would you? Who owns these media conglomerates? Who feeds them the stories? Have you ever even questioned the information they feed you? They tell you what they want to hear. This might be sound a little nuts, but in the words of immortal technique "THE MEDIA IS THE FORTH BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT" it has such an influence over people's minds you have no idea. Your behavior and actions are either directly or indirectly influenced by the media. From the clothes that are in-style, to the fear mongering used in the news everyday. The news uses words such as "Terror" "Crisis" "Battle" to instill fear into people. They are playing on your emotions. You are taught that nerds are lame, that reading is for fags, bling is cool, woman are just some ho's, government and economics are confusing, a patriot never questions,and global war is natural. These are the types of messages sent out through the media everyday. But how deep does this influence go does it go beyond the media.
Yes it does, if you really think about it. Think about your early school days, you are taught to memorize facts and dates. When your wrong they mark you down. To be wrong is to fail. When in actuality to be wrong is actually enlightenment. You feel that your pride has taken a hit, but in actuality you are in fact wiser because of it. I don't know about everyone but I learn through experience, discussion, human interaction. I mean the most ludacris part about the educational system is that they teach you nothing about the monetary system. If your going to spend your whole life trying earn these fucking bills should you know a little bit about the system actually works. I never had that lesson in school, certainly not in high school.
Now if the powers that be have been up to these types of things. What else are they hiding? Think about it for a minute? All I can tell you now is to question everything. Never accept things for what they are look into it. Everything I've said in this article I have researched personally. If you don't want to choose to believe me do some research yourself. Issues are becoming more apparent everyday. Take a look at the world around you something is surely wrong.
This world is more amazing than you can imagine it is just being hidden by the powers that be. I will leave you now with a few quotes to think on.
